Brenda Jones has over 30 years of experience in leadership, training and process improvement. Brenda’s career includes key management and leadership positions with globally recognized and Fortune 500 companies, including Experian, FedEx and MCI WorldCom. Most recently, she was Director of Experian’s Learning and Development Program where she managed the My Customer Experience new hire training in the U.S., Costa Rica and Santiago, Chile. Brenda successfully directed global, cross-functional teams in multi-year critical process improvement and change management initiatives. As co-founder and President of NXT Generation, Brenda is pursuing what she loves best – partnering with businesses and their stakeholders to deliver high impact training solutions with lasting results.
As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of NXT Generation Training, Brigitte Cooney has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, technology, client management and process improvement. She is a high impact leader who has held positions with globally recognized and Fortune 500 companies to include Solectron Global Services, Stream International, SITEL Corporation and MCI WorldCom. Over the course of her career, Brigitte has managed large teams and support organizations including training, customer care, quality and continuous improvement with an emphasis on operations and people management.
